Hi, my name is Melody and I am based out of Northern California, SF bay area. I enjoy adventures and taking my time exploring what California has to offer. I fell in love with photography after taking a film photography class in high school. My teacher at the time was amazing and taught us the traditional ways of working with and developing film. I love doing things hands on and have pursued in the creative industry shortly after high school.

My other passion is in rescue and rehabilitation. I love being around animals and meeting amazing compassionate people within this industry. I enjoy doing what I can to make a difference. I have two Pit mixes and a Shih-Tzu who drives me crazy everyday but I can’t imagine life without them. I founded a non-profit dog rescue (Love & Second Chances) in 2012 after two years of independent rescue. My rescue is based out of SF Bay Area with a small division in Sacramento, CA.

I am a determined perfectionist. I have a lot of goals, many dreams, and countless ideas. I work hard everyday to make a difference. I believe success is based on the viewpoint of the individual, it is loving what you do and being happy in your choices. Nothing is limited if you choose to dream bigger.
